This fee covers everything involved with the setup of your price tracking:

• >  Review and validate your product data
• >  Identify all your competitors
• >  Ensure accuracy of product matches with competitors

Whilst these process can be ongoing across the lifespan of your service – the setup fee is charged just once

Can I change my plan?

Of course. You can upgrade or downgrade your service at any time and the changes will take immediate effect. Your account will be credited with any outstanding days in the current month.

What happens if I decide to cancel?

If you no longer require the Pentagon service you can cancel at any time and your monthly payments will be stopped from the end of the current month. If you paid upfront for an annual service, you will be given your refund in Pentagon credit.
